My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours on October 6, 2014, it is my duty to announce the ~~change~~ of ~~command for~~ HMS ~~Enterprise~~, BC-~~480~~. ~~The new Command Crew is~~ a ~~s follows:~~

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 4, 2014, it is my sad duty to announce the decommissioning of HMS Windsong, DD-119, under the command of [[Lt. Commander]] Laura Gallagher. This was a Chanson Class Destroyer and was assigned to the [[Sixth Fleet]], based in Saginaw, TX.

* [[Commander]] Angel Barrow is ~~hereby appointed as Executive Officer, HMS Enterprise~~

This decommissioning is due to personal reasons on the part of the Command Staff and the inability to locate additional personnel to take over Command.

* [[Chief Petty Officer]] Samantha Cimino is hereby appointed Bosun, HMS Enterprise

~~Commanding Officer and remaining crew and~~ is ~~unchanged~~.

As of the date of Decommissioning, all personnel are re-assigned to HMS Hydra here a new pinnace is possible.
