Re:	Issuing of the Combat Infantry Badge

By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticoran Army, I deemed the following 3 members of the Royal Manticore Navy fan club as having passed the 4 qualifications for obtaining the Army CIB and hereby is awarded.

• Captain Larry French
