As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain Senior Grade Beau Thacker to the position of Commanding Officer for the 6th (Sphinx) Fleet & Naval District with appropriate promotion to Rear Admiral of the Red.
