Re:	Staff Changes in the Office of the First Space Lord (ND 18APR-01)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I am pleased to announce the following staff changes in my office, as follows:

1. Rick Matheny is hereby appointed as Communications Officer and promoted to Chief Petty Officer as a result of this appointment.

I would like to welcome Chief Matheny to my staff.

Chief Matheny’s job will be to prepare and edit documents on behalf of the First Space Lord. To reach out to other members of TRMN at the behest of the First Space Lord. Receive and summarize information on behalf of the First Space Lord.

This order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 03-APR-18.
