As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Chief Petty Officer William J. Lochen to the position of Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy with appropriate promotion therein.
