==4. Responsibilities==

The roles described in the Procedure section, below, are accountable for their assigned steps. Delegation to a qualified resource is permissible, but the role named below remains accountable.

 

 

# Ensures that access to electronic repositories, including MEDUSA and the back-end of the Wikia, is appropriately restricted to authorized users and that a list of authorized users for each system controlled by the MEDUSA and/or Wikia Administrator is maintained by [[Bureau of Personnel|BuPers]].

<li>When an TRMN Members resigns from TRMN or is otherwise removed, ensures that electronic access to any shared drives or systems is promptly deactivated.</li>
