Chief Petty Officer Thomas Guertin, you are hereby required to report to the BuPers' Chief of Staff, Commodore Perez before proceeding on your way to the Office of Awards and reporting to Senior Master Chief Kenneth Ayotte, where you will take up the position of Yeoman.
