David Pelletier (RMN-4487-17) of HMS Hexapuma is hereby appointed to the position of Michael Cucchiarella Memorial Boatswain School Instructor within the Command Department of the Saganami Island Technical Specialties College and promoted to Chief Damage Control Mate (E-7), effective 27 July 2017.
