On the 22nd of November 2024, VADM Nathan Camarda came upon a gentleman unresponsive on a bench during a routine patrol in his capacity as a Metro Police Officer. VADM Camarda immediately began CPR, and sent his partner to call 911 and retreive an AED. When the AED failed to resuscitate the victim, VADM Camarda continued CPR until Medical Personnel arrived. Due to his quick response and quicker actions, VADM Camarda was instrumental in saving the life of Darnell McCoy, the individual in question. | |||
