GSNLAC Vital Grandin (LAC-021) was a Katana-class Light Attack Craft of the Grayson Space Navy assigned to the Tenth Fleet, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
History
Vital Grandin was commissioned effective 26 March 2017 by ADM Chrissy Killian, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet, as a Katana-class Light Attack Craft of the Grayson Space Navy based in Edmonton.[1] LTSG Ayolsius Berchmans, promoted from Ensign, was appointed her first Commanding Officer.[1]
Her commission was short-lived. Effective 9 September 2017, Vital Grandin was ordered to HMSS Victoria to stand down, and was decommissioned and placed in the Active Fleet Reserves, her crew transferred to other chapters. The decommissioning was carried out by CPO Julia Jasmine Pylypow, GSN.[2]
