Captain Kling:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard RHNS Hrolf Kraki (BC-5851), there to
take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, relieving Capt. Ian
Brannan, RHN, in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
The above directive is effective on this date, 26 March 2026.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to Captain Ian Brannan, RHN for
their service as Executive Officer of RHNS Hrolf Kraki and wish them all success in their future
endeavors.
