Tenth Fleet Order 1911-03 is a fleet order issued on 8 November 2019 by Rear Admiral James Jones, Baron Whidbey Basin, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order awards the Meritorious Service Medal to Gunny Darrin Scholl and the Survivors Cross to PO2 Lydia Carlson of HMS Black Rose.

RE: Awards for personnel of HMS Black Rose.
To all members of the Grand Alliance, Members of the 10th Fleet, and all Treecats and other intelligent beings concerned.
Let it be known that the following individuals have shown great merit and are worth of recognition.
Gunny Darrin Scholl has organized the ship in three parades at which TRMN members walked as a group in Astoria Oregon over the last three years in a row. In this he also supplied goods, and paid for food and drink to support those in attendance. He also acquired the camp sites in which TRMN personnel were able to stay in the same camp each year. Gunny Darrin Scholl is hereby awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
Petty Officer 2nd Class Lydia Carlson should be commended for her actions in attending to Lt. Commander Vi Curtis when she was experiencing a potential medical issue. The XO of HMS Black Rose experience Heat Exhaustion and PO Carlson did provide help and assistance until professional help could be summoned. PO Lydia Carlson is hereby awarded the Survivors Cross.
