Order Text
TO: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Army
FROM: General John Neitz, Chief of Staff
RE: Activation of First Battalion, Black Marsh Lancers (Army Directive RMA-2510-02)
By direction of the Marshal of the Army:
Effective as of 2000 Hours on 18 October 2025, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the activation of FIRST BATTALION, BLACK MARSH LANCERS, assigned to the 3rd Field Army and garrisoned at Fort San Martino. The establishment expands the existing Strike Company formation activated with Adjutant General Order 2501-02.
Major David BOZEMAN is hereby breveted to the rank of LIEUTENANT COLONEL (O-5), appointed to the position of Officer Commanding, 1/Black Marsh Lancers, and directed and required to report to Lancers HQ, Fort San Martino, there to take command of the 1st Battalion (1LANCERS).
The following personnel are hereby assigned to the battalion command element and brevetted to the indicated ranks:
CPT Scott JEANES is appointed Battalion Executive Officer and brevetted to the rank of MAJOR (O-4).
MSGT Karen PAUL is appointed Battalion NCOIC and brevetted to the grade of FIRST SERGEANT (E-8)
