As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:
Spacer 1st Class Simone A Quinn, RMN is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class
Spacer 2nd Class Andrew Langhammer, RMN is hereby promoted to Spacer 1st Class
Cadet Ranger Two Alex Kerr, SFC, is hereby promoted to Cadet Ranger Three
Civilian Two Irwin Lesley, CIVIL(D) is hereby promoted to Civilian Three
Spacer 2nd Class Kathryn Morton, RMN is hereby promoted to Spacer 1st Class
