As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:
Private 1st Class James Wibberley, RMMC is hereby promoted to Lance Corporal
Petty Officer 3rd Class William Spratt, RMN is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class
