MEMORANDUM FOR Kapitän der Sterne Philip Charles Culmer, IAN
FROM: VADM Oak Forest, RMN
Baron Longsdale,
You are hereby directed and required to proceed to Headquarters, Imperial Andermani Navy, Zizhulin, Potsdam; there to relieve Großadmiral der Flotte Samuel Dietzmann, IAN, Baron Wolf Point, and take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commandant of the Imperial Andermani Navy in service to the Empire. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Additionally, having special trust and confidence in your patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities, and by order of His Most Imperial Majesty, Emperor Gustav XI, you are hereby appointed as Großadmiral der Flotte (F-6), in the Imperial Andermani Navy, promotion to be effective the 19th day of April, 2026.
