Parliament is TRMN's internal deliberative body, established by Orders:PD-SC-1001 Parliament Policy to let members contribute to the welfare and success of the organization outside the chain of command. It consists of two houses that act independently but jointly agree on the recommendations they forward — through the Chair of the Steering Committee — to the appropriate body for consideration. Each house also reviews nominations for the Parliamentary Medal of Valor and the Queen's Cross for Bravery.
The upper house — Lords
All Seated Peers in good standing (plus Grayson Steadholders, Andermani Peers, and Havenite Senators)seated for life
