Joint Chiefs Directive 2404-01
As of the date of this directive, by the authority of the Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff, the will of Parliament, and with the blessing of the Conclave and The Protector, Benjamin Mayhew IX; we hereby bestow upon Captain David Bell the Protectorate of Grayson’s highest award for valor.
THE STAR OF GRAYSON
On the night of 30 November 2023, while patrolling during the Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market, Captain David Bell and his partner discovered a member of the public that was unconscious and unresponsive. Although the person was outside their assigned patrol route, Captain Bell directed his partner to call for Emergency Services, and then the two alternated CPR until professional help arrived. Were it not for the level headed response and quick action of Captain Bell, it is unlikely that the victem would be alive today. Both Captain Bell and his partner were lauded by their employer and the event coordinators for their valor in saving a life.
The actions of Captain David Bell bring great honor to himself, the Grayson Space Navy, and The Royal Manticoran Navy, The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association.
