Description of Territory
The Barony of Tchoupitoulas lies on Sphinx, south of the County of Camera Stellata. Formerly a keep guarding access to a major navigable waterway, the barony now controls the port and its surrounding environs (Camera Stellata retaining an easement for waterway access). Its economy includes decapod farming, custom private-craft construction, restaurants, and port services.[1]
