Re: (AD RMA-2510-04) Combat Infantry Badge - Byers
It is my distinct honor to announce that 1st Lieutenant @Marty Byers (RMN-4644-17) has been officially awarded the Combat Infantry Badge (CIB), effective 19 October 2025.
Lieutenant Byers has met and exceeded the requirements outlined in Army Directive 2111-05, demonstrating exemplary dedication to marksmanship, charity, academic advancement, and participation in key TRMN events and campaigns. His sustained commitment to excellence reflects great credit upon himself, his unit, and the Royal Manticoran Army as a whole.
