Joint Chiefs Directive 2510-03
As of the date of this directive, by the authority of the Grand Alliance Joint Chiefs of Staff, the will of Parliament, and with the blessing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth III of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, and Empress Elizabeth I of the Star Empire of Manticore; we hereby bestow upon Vice Admiral of the Red Nathan A. Camarda the Star Empire of Manticore's highest award for valor.
THE PARLIAMENTARY MEDAL OF VALOR
On the 22nd of November 2024, VADM Nathan Camarda came upon a gentleman unresponsive on a bench during a routine patrol in his capacity as a Metro Police Officer. VADM Camarda immediately began CPR, and sent his partner to call 911 and retreive an AED. When the AED failed to resuscitate the victim, VADM Camarda continued CPR until Medical Personnel arrived. Due to his quick response and quicker actions, VADM Camarda was instrumental in saving the life of Darnell McCoy, the individual in question.
The actions of Vice Admiral of the Red Nathan Camarda bring great honor to himself, the Royal Manticoran Navy, and The Royal Manticoran Navy, The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association.
GIVEN UNDER OUR HANDS THIS 15TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2025
