As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Ranger Kethry Heather, SFC RMN-6022-19 to the position of Head of Civil Telecommunications for the Home Office. Additionally, you are promoted to the rank of Ranger Corporal (C9) SFC.
Ranger Corporal Heather you are hereby requested to report to the Home Office, Government House, City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to assume your duties as Head of Civil Telecommunications.
Many congratulations on your new appointment and welcome to the Home Office.
