History
HMS Juggernaut was commissioned on 23 May 2014 under the command of CAPTJG Melyssa Smith, as a Heavy Cruiser and assigned to the Sixth Fleet.[1]
A change of command on 28 Jul 2014 placed CAPTJG Melyssa Smith in command.[2]
