As of the date of this Order, all enlisted members rank [[E-6]] ([[Petty Officer 1st Class]]), on completion of Time in Grade, requisite exam completion and presence of a billet SHALL be submitted for promotion to the [[SMPCON|Senior Master Chief of the Navy (RMN)]] for consideration for promotion to the rank of [[E-7]] ([[Chief Petty Officer]]) using the appropriate promotion request form.
