Re: 4th Fleet Fleet Order 35-0206-19 Marksmanship Award

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson. RMN-4032-16 Jonathan Arnold (RMMC) is hereby awarded the marksman award in the category of Rifle to the degree of High Expert. The above is effective 02 June 19
