Commodore Lesnick,
You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Eighth Naval District, to relieve Rear Admiral of the Green Daniel Brandow, KDE, KR, SC, OG, CGM, GS, CBM, RMN, as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril. As a consequence of this assignment, you are hereby promoted to the rank of REAR ADMIRAL OF THE RED (F-2) and granted all rights and privileges pertaining thereto.
The Office of the First Space Lord would like to thank RADM Brandow for his service as Eighth Fleet Commanding Officer, and in recognition of his lengthy and dedicated service, he is hereby awarded the ORDER OF THE CROWN FOR NAVAL SERVICE. We look forward to his ongoing contributions to the organization.
This Order to Take Effect at 0001 Hours on 17 March 2026
