Active BuShips Directive 1412-06 was issued on 1 January 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It appoints command staff for HMS Vengeance (DD-11).

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on January 1, 2015, it is my duty to announce a new Command Staff for HMS Vengeance (DD-11). The new Command Staff are as follows:
- Michael Laselva is appointed as Executive Officer.
Michael Laselva is hereby breveted to the rank of Lieutenant, senior grade.
Commanding Officer and remaining crew are unchanged.
