To: All Members of the Grand Alliance

Appointment of Ground Forces Training Command Specialties Vice Commandant

CWO MARK RONALD REED II is relieved of his position as GFTC Chair, Skills Department and appointed to the position of Specialties Vice Commandant, with the duties and responsibilities of that office.

With such appointment CWO Reed is hereby promoted to O6 Colonel.
