Tenth Fleet Order 1511-02 is a fleet order issued on 21 November 2015 by Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian, Baroness Fontana Flats, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order records Captain (jg) Patrick McKinnion's assumption of command of BatCruDiv 961, effective 21 November 2015.

FR: ADM Lady Chrissy Killian, Commanding Officer, Tenth Fleet
RE: BatCruDiv 961

Attention to orders:

In accordance with Tradition and Regulations, as of November 21, 2015, Captain (jg) Patrick McKinnion hereby assumes command of BatCruDiv 961 with all the rights, responsibilities, duties and Honors thereof.

Captain McKinnion, fail not in those duties, and continue to Honor the Queen in all you do, as you surely have until now.
