RE: Fleet Intelligence Officer outgoing

I have received and accepted the resignation of Commander Melissa Comeau as Fleet Intelligence Officer, effective 1 June 2018. We in 10th Fleet owe her out thanks and gratitude for helping to transition our Fleet competitions to comply and integrate with the greater Black Sphinx Cup challenges. Her dedication to the job as well as helping the transition between Admiral Chrissy Killian's tenure and the start of my own has been a big help as well as her service to HMS Medusa during the past years.

For her dedication, actions, and guidance, I am proud to award Commander Comeau the Conspicuous Bravery Medal. She is hereby entitled to carry the post nominal "CBM' as a sign that she has served bravely and consistently in her duties above and beyond the call.
