Tenth Fleet Order 1604-01 is a fleet order issued on 3 April 2016 by Admiral of the Green Chrissy Killian, Baroness Fontana Flats, Commanding Officer of the Tenth Fleet. The order appoints Joseph Harney as Tenth Fleet Operations Officer and brevets him to Commander.

Re: Operations Officer

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Joseph Harney as the new Tenth Fleet Operations Officer.

Joseph Harney is now brevetted to the rank of Commander.

Welcome to the Tenth Fleet Staff.
