Emits an explanatory citation (group "pii") for a name restored under the historical-record exemption. Place [pii 1] immediately after the restored name. The page must carry a matching list, e.g. {{Reflist|group=pii}}, under a "Record notes" heading. See TenthFleet:GDPR.


Cite error: <ref> tags exist for a group named "pii", but no corresponding <references group="pii"/> tag was found
