HMS Reliant (BC-401) was a Reliant-class Battlecruiser of the Royal Manticoran Navy. First commissioned in the Eighth Fleet at Denver in 2015, she was decommissioned in 2018, recommissioned in 2021 in the Third Fleet at Winston-Salem, North Carolina, under CAPTSG Mark Polanis, and has since been decommissioned again.

History

Reliant was commissioned on 6 August 2015 in the Eighth Fleet at Denver, Colorado, under CAPTJG David Toback; her crew had split from HMS Enterprise.[1] Command passed to CAPT Benyamin Loyola in September 2016[2] and to CAPTJG Sean Patrick Fannon later that month.[3] S1C Michael J. Simmons took command in February 2018,[4] and Reliant was decommissioned on 24 April 2018, her crew transferred to HMSS Greenwich.[5]

Reliant was recommissioned on 5 May 2021 in the Third Fleet at Winston-Salem, North Carolina, under CAPTSG Mark Polanis.[6] The chapter was subsequently decommissioned; the corresponding Bureau of Ships directive was not published to the forum.[citation needed]
