Naval Directive 13SE-01 was issued 13 September 2013 under the authority of the First Space Lord. It appoints the First Space Lord's Chief of Staff.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Lt. Commander M Zachariah Fraser as Chief of Staff to the First Space Lord, reporting directly therein, effective 04-Sept-12.
This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.
