As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, for his hours spent assisting in the set-up and tear down of the main stage at MantiCon 2016, I hereby award Lieutenant Commander Matthew Lindquist the Meritorious Service Medal. Until such time as the Meritorious Service Medal is available, you are hereby entitled to wear the Navy Commendation Decoration.
