Re:	Appointment of RMA Advisor, Royal Manticore Army (Army Directive 2003-05)

By my Authority as Chief of Staff of the Royal Manticore Army, Colonel Jeffrey Webb (RMN-2323-14) is hereby directed and required to assume the duties and position of Special Advisor in the Royal Manticore Army and therefore transferred from Commander of 37th RCT to King William Tower to assume your duties.
