Attention to orders:

In accordance with Tradition and Regulations, as of November 21, 2015, Captain (jg) Patrick McKinnion hereby assumes command of BatCruDiv 961 with all the rights, responsibilities, duties and Honors thereof.

Captain McKinnion, fail not in those duties, and continue to Honor the Queen in all you do, as you surely have until now.
