Re: Intel Officer

Due to the 2-hat rule, we are losing Megan Davidson as our Intel Officer, but the HMS Seljuk is getting a great Executive Officer.

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Melissa Hadley as the new Tenth Fleet Intel Officer.
