HMS Black Rose BC(P)-520 Ship’s Order 1911-01

November 08, 2019

Chief Petty Officer Ted Kelton Moffatt, RMN, RMN-3918-16, Ships Bosun to HMS Black Rose, BC(P)-520, in the 10th Fleet.

Chief Moffatt has been ever vigilant in his duties as Ships Bosun, as in this he keeps communications between the ship as well as in looking out for all of it's members. He has also ensured that TRMN had a table, and people to tend it at Orycon 41.

It has been my extreme pleasure to work with Chief Moffatt over the last four years on the Black Rose.

Issued by my hand, 8 November 2019

CAPT (RHN) Mitch E. Dunn, CGM, QBM, RMN-1609-13

CO, HMS Black Rose, BC(P)-520
