Subject: Promotion As of the 1st of May, this year 2020, Dear Captain Dunn and Admiral Misener,
Per Admiralty Order 1803-05, It is with great pleasure that I endorse and approve the promotion of Scott Ragland, RMN-3913-16 to the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7) Effective 01May2020. Details of this promotion request are contained herein for reference.
Members is an important part of The Royal Manticoran Navy; advancement to Chief Petty Officer is a tangible recognition of the member's longevity and participation. All Chief Petty Officers are expected to set an example for their crew-mates, be an active member of the ship's CPO Mess and support the efforts of the Command Triad and in-particular the Bosun.
Please extend my personal congratulations to Chief Ragland.
