Commodore Newton,
You are directed and required to proceed with all due haste to Headquarters, Tenth Naval District, to relieve Rear Admiral of the Green Drakkus Heath, KDE, SC, OG, CGM, QBM, CBM, RMN, as Commanding Officer. Fail not in this duty at your peril. As a consequence of this assignment, you are hereby promoted to the rank of REAR ADMIRAL OF THE RED (F-2) and granted all rights and privileges pertaining thereto.
The Office of the First Space Lord would like to thank RADM Heath for his service as Tenth Fleet Commanding Officer, and look forward to his ongoing contributions to the organization.
