HER MAJESTY'S NAVAL DIRECTIVE 2502-01

REORGANIZATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF SECOND FLEET ECHELONS

For the betterment of the Royal Manticoran Navy's operational and strategic goals within the Second Naval District, the Gryphon Fleet's Order of Battle (Rear Admiral Dragon Rock commanding) is hereby organized as follows:

This office wishes to thank Fleet Admiral Split Rock and Rear Admiral Dragon Rock for their tireless efforts in planning, organizing, and drafting several versions of these echelons until they arrived at one which will best serve the crews involved. With the above Order of Battle established, all previous Gryphon Fleet echelons and designations are hereby disbanded. Fair winds, following seas, and good hunting to the Echelon COs, Chapter COs, and their crews in their continued service with the Royal Manticoran Navy!
