To: All Officers and Enlisted in the Royal Manticoran Navy, Marine Corps, Army and the Grayson Space Navy, and Allied Forces

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, For stepping up to prevent the HMS Bedivere from being decommissioned, I hereby authorize the Navy Commendation Decoration to:

  • Bill West RMN 3198-15
  • Kyle Joynt RMN 3937-16
