Re: Prisoner of War Medal

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby authorize the Prisoner of War Medal to Marcus Dark, RMN 3812-16 for proudly showing his RMMC colors while attending and participating in the Star Wars fan association, Saber Combat Team.

Congratulations.for an outstanding job!
