Unto All members of 10th Fleet, Allied Personnel, Treecats and civilains,

By the Authority given to my by AO 1507-04, I hereby promote Kevin Smith of HMS Centaur to Lieutenant JG. His service to his ship and his Station have been very important as well as his service to the Fleet.
