By my authority as Commanding Officer of Tenth Fleet, I hereby award the Manticoran Survivor's Cross to PM1C Wesley Twitchell with the following citation:

"On or about January 26th, 2024, Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew Piccolo was not feeling well.

Plotting Mate 1/c Wesley Twitchell drove Petty Officer 2nd Class Matthew to the clinic where he could be diagnosed and treated for a non-life-threatening injury."
