As of the date of this order by my hand, and the authority vested in me, by the Crown of Manticore and the Sword of Grayson. For having satisfied Time in Grade and coursework requirements I hereby promote the following:

Spacer 1st Class Andrew Langhammer, RMN is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class

Petty Officer 3rd Class Simone Quinn, RMN is hereby promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class
