RE: AD 2411-01 Promotion

By my authority as Marshal of the Army, in the absence of an appropriate Field Army Commander, I hereby promote 2nd Lieutenant Scott A. Jeanes (RMN-6853-22) to 1st Lieutenant (O-2). This promotion was endorsed by Westmarch Rifles CO Colonel John E. Cauffman. I have verified that Lieutenant Jeanes has met both Time-In-Grade and accumulated enough promotion points to meet the requirements set by PD-SC-1004. Please join me in congratulating 1st Lieutenant Jeanes for his service and contributions to the Royal Manticoran Army as Signal Specialist for the Westmarch Rifles.
