As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Brigadier General Jackie Stuard, RMMC to the position of Chief of Staff, Marine Forces Command.

Brigadier General Stuard, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Saganami Island, Manticore, post haste. There you will assume the office of Chief of Staff, Marine Forces Command.
