My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on October 14, 2015, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Borsoi (DD-438), under the command of Lt. Commander Roon Marchant. This is a Wolfhound Class Destroyer and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Coppell, TX.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Borsoi:
- Lt. Commander Roon Marchant (assigned as CO of HMS Borsoi)
- Lieutenant, senior grade Karl Gallagher (assigned as XO of HMS Borsoi)
- Chief Petty Officer John Atkinson (assignedas Bosun of HMS Borsoi)
- Spacer 3rd Class Miles McDaniel
- Spacer 3rd Class Jim Trent
- Spacer 3rd Class Beth Nelson
